God desires to be found by his people. When we pray, when we earnestly seek him, when we feel that sense of desperation for his guidance and his presence, he loves it when we search for him.
God definitely created you to enjoy a personal relationship with him. He created you to make a significant impact on the world around you. He didn’t have to do so, but he did, because he loves you and he knew you could bring him pleasure and glory.
From God’s eternal perspective, he absolutely plans to prosper everyone in his family and to remove even the threat of harm forever and ever, but the fulfillment of that promise of prosperity is heavenly and not necessarily earthly.
God offers himself to each and every one of us as the ultimate source of contentment, fulfillment, and satisfaction in life. If you’re unfulfilled, run into your relationship with God.
