I couldn't agree with you more. A web presence can be a powerful branding, marketing and communications tool if you take time to understand what's possible. Clients so often approach web development from the shallow end. It takes education and patience to open their eyes about the opportunities they could be missing. Rushing development and going for the cheapest solution is often an expensive mistake.
